H-1B
H-1B visas are available for individuals who intend on working in a specialty occupation in the United States, which requires highly specialized knowledge and a bachelor’s or higher degree. Temporary Non-Agriculture Workers
Individuals who are citizens of certain countries may temporarily come to the United States to accept temporary non-agricultural employment with seasonal, intermittent, peak load needs, or for a one-time occurrence. Intracompany Transferees (L)
Qualifying business entities may be able to temporarily transfer employees as intracompany transferees from a foreign business entity to a connected U.S. entity. Generally, the foreign employee must have worked for the connected entity abroad in position qualifying as executive, managerial, or requiring specialized-knowledge, and must be transferring to the U.S. entity for an executive or managerial position, or one requiring specialized-knowledge. Extraordinary Nonimmigrants (O)
Foreign nationals who have achieved excellence, acclaim, distinction, or are extraordinary in the field of sciences, education, business, athletics, the arts, or motion pictures may apply for a visa for temporary travel to the United States. Athletes, Artists, and Entertainers (P)
Athletes, entertainers, artists, and groups who are internationally recognized or coming to the United States temporarily to perform, teach, or coach in a culturally unique program may be eligible for a P nonimmigrant visa. Call us today to get started.

Ministers or other religious workers who would like to enter the United States to work for a nonprofit religious organization and are qualified to do so under the standards set forth by the religious denomination may be eligible for a temporary religious worker visa or for legal permanent residence.
